Response and completion times are targets, not limits. In practice, most changes are turned around inside 24 to 72 hours on every plan, comfortably ahead of the targets above.

Change Requests

A change request is a single, clearly defined edit,

Your plan includes a set number each month. If you need more, over-allowance changes come in a £49 5-change pack. If you consistently need more than your plan allows, upgrading to the next tier is usually more cost-effective.

Blog Publishing

Included on every plan. No extra charge.

Send us your blog content and images in our specified format, and we publish them to your site, up to 8 posts per month. This does not count against your change request allowance.

  • formatting
  • publishing
  • SEO optimisation

Want us to write the content too? Blog content creation is available from £40 per post, or £199/month for 4 fully written posts.

On Studio Care, the relationship is more active. When you need a change, you send a message and we handle it within the agreed allowance. No quotes for included changes, no delay. Priority support means faster responses during business hours.

On Premium Care, you have a dedicated account contact and a signed monthly check-in. Every request is prioritised. The relationship feels less like a service provider and more like having your own web team, without the overhead.

Flexibility

Monthly rolling. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

No annual contracts.
No minimum commitment beyond 30 days’ notice.
Upgrade anytime, it takes effect immediately.
Downgrade with 30 days’ notice, subject to a minimum 2-month period on your current plan.
If you cancel, your site is taken offline at the end of the notice period at no cost.
If you want to take the source code and host the site yourself, an optional handover package is available from £499.
