Pellmark is a trading name of RELION DIGITAL LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14972293, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

The short answer

pellmark.com does not set cookies. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics cookies, no embedded widgets that track you. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask your consent for.

How our analytics work without cookies

We use privacy-first analytics that measure the site in aggregate: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This works without cookies, without storing anything on your device, and without building a profile of you as an individual. It tells us how the website is doing; it does not tell us who you are.

The one narrow exception: security

The infrastructure that keeps this site online and protected can, when it detects unusual or automated traffic, set a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie (for example Cloudflare’s bot-protection cookie, __cf_bm). Cookies in this category exist purely to protect the service, are exempt from consent requirements under UK law, and expire quickly. They identify automated traffic, not you.

If this ever changes

If we ever add a feature that needs cookies requiring consent (for example embedded video or advertising measurement), we will update this policy first and add a proper consent mechanism before anything is set. Any change will show in the date at the top of this page.

Client websites are separate

This policy covers pellmark.com only. Websites we build for clients are cookie-free by default too, using the same privacy-first analytics. If a client asks us to add tracking that requires consent (for example Google Analytics or advertising pixels), we set it up correctly with a consent banner on their website, and their own cookie policy applies there.
