Standard brochure and service websites of up to 8 pages, where the brief and content inputs are supplied promptly.
The 7-day timeline begins when we receive your completed brief, business information, brand preferences, and any assets you want included. The clock does not start on initial enquiry or verbal agreement.
What typically takes longer:
Larger sites with more than 8 pages, projects requiring extensive custom photography placement, sites with multiple third-party integrations, e-commerce builds with Snipcart or Shopify integration (typically 3–7 additional days), or builds with complex content requirements. These are scoped individually, and we confirm the timeline before any work begins.
For projects that go beyond a standard business website, multi-location sites, client portals, membership areas, complex integrations, we offer a bespoke project service with deeper discovery and custom scoping.

You submit the application form on this site or email hello@pellmark.com. We acknowledge within 1 business day and reply with the qualifying questions that surface the right plan.
Qualifying conversation
A short structured exchange covers the kind of business, expected page count, current integrations, who the decision-maker is, when you need to be live, and the monthly spend. We recommend a plan and route to intake. Most buyers are on Studio Care at £149 per month; the right tier is decided by change cadence and response-time needs, not site size.
Brief
Once the tier is agreed, we send the structured intake form. It takes about 30 minutes and covers business profile, target audience, page set, design preferences, integrations, and any content you would prefer to provide. We write the rest. Your first month’s payment activates your build and starts your managed service, hosting, security, and support from day one. The build itself is at no charge.
Design and build
The studio team produces the site over the next 7 days. We design, write, structure, and build to the brief, with industry-appropriate imagery and visual direction selected to match the calibre of your business. Every site ships with the standard inclusions listed on the homepage and on the pricing page.
Preview and revisions
We send the preview URL once it has passed our QA checklist. You review, submit any changes, and we apply them. One round of revisions before going live is included with every plan.
Launch and monthly care
We handle the DNS cutover, SSL, and final smoke checks. As part of onboarding we also set up your Google Business Profile, or optimise the one you have, once you grant access. The site goes live, and the monthly plan starts running. From here, every change request is handled by the studio team within your plan’s response and completion times. On Premium Care, your dedicated account contact sends a signed monthly check-in on the first of each month covering changes used against allowance, hosting status, and suggestions for the next month.
Our Technology
Those seven days are the studio working to a system we built ourselves. Anvil carries the build through production, measurement and staging, and a build that fails a release check goes back rather than out.
After Launch

Month 1 onwards
Your site is live and managed. Submit change requests as needed, your plan includes a set number each month (5 on Essential Care, 12 on Studio Care, 25 on Premium Care). Over-allowance changes are available as a £49 5-change pack.
Blog posts are published at no extra charge when you provide the content and images in our specified format, up to 8 posts per month on any plan.
Month two billing starts 30 days after your initial payment. From there, billing continues monthly on the same cycle.
Ongoing
Need a new page? We build it for £50. Need to upgrade your plan for more changes or faster turnaround? Upgrade anytime, it takes effect immediately. Need to step down? Downgrade with 30 days’ notice.
The relationship is designed to be useful, not contractual. There is no annual commitment. You stay because the service is worth keeping, not because leaving is difficult.

Changes
You tell us what to change. We handle it.
Once your site is live, you never need to edit it yourself. When you need something updated, a phone number, an image, a paragraph of text, a new testimonial, you submit a change request. We process it within the turnaround time for your plan.

Response and completion times are targets, not limits. In practice, most changes are turned around inside 24 to 72 hours on every plan, comfortably ahead of the targets above.

We integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, and virtually any modern CRM or marketing platform that provides a forms API. One integration is included in the build on Studio Care and Premium Care. Additional integrations are £50 each.
Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Your site is taken offline at the end of the notice period at no cost. No penalty, no exit fee.
